Just a stone's throw from Kiem Hoan Lake, Lan Ong offers a menu that's as refined as it is tasty, at a very affordable price for a European.Both the place and the service are efficient and diligent.A small hiccup was the provision of a dessert to share that wasn't ordered. This is quickly forgiven, as it's beautifully inventive, not overly sweet, and visually stunning.We were there during the low tourist season, but reservations are recommended.Go with your eyes closed.I highly recommend it.P.S.: In case of torrential rain, ponchos are provided free of charge.

A truly extraordinary Vietnamese restaurant! I tried the bún chả and it was incredible—flavorful grilled meat, fresh noodles, and a delicious sauce, all perfectly balanced. The flavors were authentic and took me straight back to Vietnam. The atmosphere is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Asian cuisine!

We had dinner here during the night market and the service was great and the food was great and the beer was great. Would recommend the Hanoi Autumn. Additionally the waiter Daniel is the best.

Had a great experience here. The waiter Daniel is very friendly and attentive. He speaks decent English which is better than most of the waiters around here in Hanoi. The food is very well presented and delicious.

My first time in Vietnam, with a group. Even though we ordered in advance, the guy from the voters served a single menu for 4 people for 20 dollars and the portions were small.
