The food is absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, great in flavor, and of excellent quality. If you come to Hanoi, this is a restaurant you must visit. Most importantly, every dish feels even more special thanks to the outstanding service from Mr.Thomas. He has an excellent service mindset and exceptional hospitality. I was truly impressed and highly recommend this restaurant.

Kate and the wider team were phenomenal. I was recommended Lan Ong as I was wanting spring rolls. They were divine and moreover, the service and hospitality was phenomenal. I was greeted with a welcome drink and two sprint rolls (complimentary) furthered by a complimentary digestive and dessert crackers. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the Lan Ong team!

Delicious! The ribs and curry were both excellent! However, the spring rolls had a lot of spices, which might not be suitable for those who don't like vegetables. The service was excellent! The ambiance was also beautiful! Thank you, Christina!

Thomas service at Lan Ong took our dinner to the next level. We loved the crab spring rolls and duck one too. Main course Fire Beef was good!

Food was more than pleasant. Excellent service from Thomas, Kate and Daniel. They spoke good English, but it was their energy made it an experience - explained each dish like their best friend cooked it; down to earth and easy to engage with. Highly recommended!

Lovely restaurant in a historic building for a well-renowned historic figure. Thomas gave excellent service as we enjoyed some fresh Vietnamese cuisine. Such a short walk from the busy market street, I highly recommend.

The food was amazing! I had a duck pho and it was absolutely delicious. The service was also one of the best I’ve experienced in all of Hanoi. Tomas, our waiter, was incredible, always attentive and ready to help with anything. Truly a 10/10 experience.

My first meal on the first day of my trip was amazing – Vietnamese food! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. They even gave us complimentary drinks and snacks to try. The staff member, Thomas, was super nice and welcoming! Highly recommended!
