Lan Ong restaurant is terrific! Best of all is the service of Ms. Duo - the very kind & friendly waitress. We ordered 3 dishes she recommended: 3 styles spring roll; pork ribs with five spices; beef garlic with sticky rice. All amazing & delicious. We’ll definitely come back again. Ms. Duo gave us 5-star service.

We went to this restaurant recommended by our guide, we ate so well that we decided to return for another two evenings. Kind and helpful staff, especially Cristina. Highly recommended, worth more than what you pay!

I had an excellent dining experience, and the staff were incredibly friendly—special thanks to Daniel! The restaurant serves classic Vietnamese and Hanoi dishes with a modern twist, tailored for Western palates. While it wasn't exactly my preferred home-cooked style, I still enjoyed the experience and appreciated the food's presentation.I ordered the Cha Ca, but it lacked flavour compared to what I’ve experienced at less upscale restaurants, which definitely had more taste.8/10

The food was delicious and of excellent quality. The prices are perhaps a little higher than at most restaurants, but considering the beautiful atmosphere and, above all, the outstanding service, it’s absolutely worth it. Our waitress, Peony, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed the entire experience and would happily come back.

Best meal we've had during our two weeks in Vietnam. The service was absolutely top notch (thanks Thomas!), and the food was just amazing. While it's a bit more expensive than other nearby restaurants, given the standard of food, the service and beautiful interiors, it represents great value. 100% recommend!

This was a beautiful restaurant in the old quarter. Food was fresh and vibrant , our host Duo was just lovely and was really helpful ( particularly in showing us good rolling techniques). This was our final dinner in Hanoi and was the best so far
